Nicholas Acito scored a pair of second half goals, helping pave the way for No. 11 seed Pope John in a 2-0 road victory over sixth-seeded DePaul in Non-Public A first round action in Wayne. The victory is the second in a row for the Lions, who are now 7-12-1 on the season. Pope John has a massive challenge on its hand on Friday, as they will travel to Jersey City to take on Hudson County champion St. Peter's Prep. Damian Sfawowy added an assist for Pope John in this one. DePaul wrapped up its season with a 13-4-1 record on the season.
