BETHLEHEM — In her 105 years, Gertrude Kunsman has seen a lot. She remembers Prohibition —- somewhat fondly, in fact. She and her husband Earl Kunsman made moonshine in their bathtub and delivered it nightly in a Model T Ford. Kunsman also was witness to countless major milestones, such as not one but two World Wars. That was so long ago though, she conceded this week, that it’s hard to recall very much. BODY FOUND-HOMICIDE — Authorities have charged a suspect in the shooting death of a suburban Pittsburgh man found in the woods of a neighboring western Pennsylvania county.
— Authorities in northeastern Pennsylvania are searching for the driver of a sport-utility vehicle that struck and killed a cyclist and then fled the scene.
— Authorities say heat stroke complications killed a runner who collapsed during a half-marathon in suburban Philadelphia earlier this month.
