'Armed And Dangerous' Felon With 'Violent Tendencies' Wanted By New Hampshire Parole Board Logan Howe was convicted of firing a shotgun toward another person, was last known to be living in Hooksett, has connections to Manchester.CONCORD, NH — The New Hampshire Department of Corrections is asking for the public's help finding a felon with "violent tendencies" who is wanted on a parole violation.
Logan Robert Howe is white, 5 feet, 11 inches tall, weighs 140 pounds, and has brown hair and eyes. He sometimes goes by the aliases "Oozey," "Uzi," and "Logan Peloquin," officials said. Howe has tattoos on his right arm and left shoulder. He is wanted by the state's adult parole board.
Officials said Howe was on parole after being convicted on a single reckless conduct with a deadly weapon charge after firing a shotgun in the direction of another person. They warned that past charges included burglary and assault.
"Howe was last known to be residing in Hooksett, in 2019, working in the landscaping industry," officials said. "Howe is known to misuse substances, has violent tendencies, and should be considered armed and dangerous."
Howe also has "significant ties to the Manchester."
Superior court records show Howe's major legal problems began in 2016.
In May 2016, Howe was charged with three counts of receiving stolen property and theft by unauthorized taking, simple assault, conduct after an accident, false report to law enforcement, and resisting arrest or detention in Manchester. A month later, he was charged again with receiving stolen property in Manchester and burglary in Auburn, at the Auburn Tavern, and at Mow Tow in Hooksett .
Howe was involved in attempted capital murder and two counts of reckless conduct-deadly weapon incident after a shooting in Manchester in March 2016 but was not charged until August 2016 .
In March 2017, Howe pleaded guilty to the three receiving stolen property, assault, and other counts and received seven 12-month sentences, 267 days of time served, and $2,200 in fines. He also received a two-and-a-half to five-year sentence on another stolen property charge, suspended for five years. Howe also received a seven-year sentence, with a mandatory minimum of two years, with 267 days of credit, on a reckless conduct charge. The second charge and attempted murder charges were nolle prossed.
Howe also received a one-and-a-half to four-year sentence in January 2018 on the Hooksett burglary charge and a two- to four-year sentence, suspended for two years, plus a $180 fine, on the Auburn charge.
