He attended as a special guest and the keynote speaker.

"The key to this country is being able to live your life, pursue your dreams, without worrying about your safety and without worrying about the things that the first responders, law enforcement and the others are dealing with each and every day." said Griffin.

He said it's nice to see the community show support like this but it's vital that the government does their part as well.

"We're always looking for ways to not only thank them with our words and actions like we're doing here today, but to put our money where our mouth is and to show them the legislation and policies." said Griffin, "To show them that we are all about, not just words, but doing things that will help them and their families prosper while they risk their lives and serve us."
