Bedford County man killed in motorcycle crash

BEDFORD COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) — A Bedford County man was killed on Wednesday after an accident on William Penn Highway.

According to the Blair County Coroner, Ray Benton, the coroner's office was called around 4:30 p.m. on Sept. 18 to Conemaugh Nason Medical Center's Emergency Department for a death investigation.

Upon arrival, Deputy Coroner Terry Dillenger determined that 31-year-old Drew Henry Diehl of Bedford had died from traumatic injuries he sustained from a motorcycle crash. The crash happened on 8785 William Penn Highway.

The crash is still under investigation by the Bedford County State Police.
