BESC To Close Sept. 25 Due To Bathtub Row Construction

Los Alamos County will turn off water to Betty Ehart Senior Activity Center on Wednesday, Sept. 25, in order to continue the necessary reconstruction along Bathtub Row.
All regularly scheduled activities are canceled and no congregate meals will be served Wednesday, Sept. 25.
This closure does not impact White Rock Senior Activity Center. If people planned on dining at Betty Ehart, please know that White Rock will still serve a congregate meal. Call 505.672.2034 to sign up for lunch at White Rock. Anyone who needs a ride down to White Rock for lunch or another activity, call 505.662.8922 to schedule a ride. Members who receive Home Delivered Meals in Los Alamos will receive a frozen meal on Wednesday, Sept. 25.
The Betty Ehart Senior Activity Center will re-open for its regular operating hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 26.
