YUMA, AZ (AZFamily)—If you're traveling through Interstate Eight this summer, there are some great taco spots in Yuma that you should be sure to stop at.

Only a short drive from the highway is the Yuma staple, Mr. G's.

It's one of the top-rated Mexican restaurants in Yuma, and it is nationally known for its famous bean and cheese burritos.

Their ingredients are fresh, and all of their menu items are made from scratch.

Annabelle Veatch is the catering manager at Mr. G's. Her great-grandparents opened Mr. G's seventy years ago. Since then, they've been serving Yuma delicious food made fresh daily.

"People know that every time you come you can get the same consistent food made from scratch," she said.

Their top food items are bean and cheese burritos and rolled tacos.

Annabelle said their online ordering is a great option for people driving by.

Orders can be made online at Mr. G's online menu and will be ready for pick up when you get to the restaurant.

Plus, if you want to take extra food on the road, she said to have your cooler ready.

"We sometimes will double wrap them in paper for them if you let us know. Then you can just heat up the food later," she said.
