Brown Butter Cookie Company debuts 'old fashioned' collaboration
New product line blends cookie-making with craft cocktails
– Brown Butter Cookie Company and Yes Cocktail Co. have launched a new product line blending cookie-making with craft cocktails, introducing three products: the Old Fashioned Brown Butter Sea Salt Shortbread Cookie, the Brown Butter Cookie Old Fashioned Cocktail Cube, and the Brown Butter Cookie Old Fashioned Syrup.
The Old Fashioned Brown Butter Sea Salt Shortbread Cookie draws inspiration from the classic cocktail. "We've paired cocktails and cookies in a way that brings Yes Cocktail Co. and Brown Butter Cookie Co. together in one bite, creating a truly unique Old Fashioned-inspired cookie," said Brooke Lynn, director of production at Brown Butter Cookie Company.
This cookie combines rich brown butter with vanilla, orange zest, and cherry notes, enhanced by spices inspired by Yes Cocktail Co.'s '5 Spice Old Fashioned Bitters Cube.' A sprinkle of sea salt completes the flavor.

We had so much fun crafting these two products, as we've been inspired by the deliciousness of Brown Butter Cookie Company ever since we first arrived on the Central Coast ten years ago."
The Brown Butter Cookie Old Fashioned Cocktail Cube adds buttery decadence and bitters to Yes Cocktail Co.'s Bitters Infused Cubes line. The Brown Butter Cookie Old Fashioned Syrup, described as "liquid cookie cocktail magic," can be used to create a classic Old Fashioned or added to lattes, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate.
