Bryant men’s basketball gets set for seven-game road trip

SMITHFIELD, R.I. (WPRI) — Bryant men's basketball is headed for a big road trip, as their next seven games will be played away from Smithfield. That road trip starts Thursday at Buffalo.

Head Coach Phil Martelli Jr. sees the trip as an opportunity for the players to experience different types of adversity while building a good foundation as a team.

"This group as a whole needs to get that collective experience, and you get that by going through certain things," said Martelli Jr. "You go by going through flight delays and going through, whatever it is going to a hostile environment going and shooting in somebody else's gym."

Bryant returns home on December 6, as they will host Brown at 6 p.m.
