Bus with Trump supporters campaigns across ENC Friday

GREENVILLE, N.C. (WNCT) — The Team Trump Bus Tour is making its way around North Carolina and it had some stops in Eastern NC Friday.

The bus started out in Jacksonville, making it's way to Winterville in the afternoon. The bus had supporters of Trump, including some government officials like Dan Bishop, Pam Bondi, Cindy Hyde-Smith, Peter Navarro and more. They're out to try and win over North Carolina for their side of the aisle.

"Common sense, America-first values are strong all through Eastern North Carolina. And look, this is the most consequential election of my lifetime," Rep. Dan Bishop said.

"These are purple areas which can be swung and that's where you want to be right now," Navarro said. "This is a very unusual election in presidential history because most of the minds are made up."

The tour ended as they made their way to Wayne County for one more stop in Goldsboro Friday afternoon.
