Business of the Week: Synergy Athletics
VESTAL, NY (WIVT/WBGH) – Synergy Athletics is the Greater Binghamton Chamber Business of the Week.
Synergy operates two personal training gyms in Broome County, one in Vestal and the other in Endwell.
It offers guided training sessions for both groups as well as one-on-one individualized workouts.
Synergy started in 2008 and has been under new ownership since January.
The new owner, Bryon Palmer, says many of his members have been coming to Synergy for over 10 years.
"When people are here, we're giving them a personal workout based on their fitness levels and goals, to empower them to become the best version of themselves. Our staff is well trained. They take everyone's abilities and limitations into consideration," says Palmer.
