During the seven-day closure, Caltrans suggests drivers use the 59th Street on-ramp to Westbound US 50.

This project is part of the ongoing Fix50 project that plans to add 14 miles of high-occupancy vehicle (HOV) lanes from the US 50 and I-5 interchange to the US 50 and Watt Ave interchange at the cost of $483 million.
