Auburn Police Department

• Joshua A. Malmstrom, 39, of Auburn, was charged Nov. 2 with second-degree criminal contempt.

• Christopher J. Macknail, 43, of the village of Skaneateles, was charged Nov. 2 with second-degree robbery.

• Christopher B. Reynolds, 19, of Auburn, was charged Nov. 3 with aggravated family offense and second-degree criminal contempt.

• Sakai T. Grimes, 22, of Auburn, was charged Nov. 4 with third-degree rape and third-degree criminal sexual act.

• Steven J. Walsh, 65, of Auburn, was charged Nov. 4 with first-degree burglary, second-degree assault, aggravated criminal contempt, second-degree strangulation and criminal mischief.

New York State Police

• Austin S. Tousant, 22, of Baldwinsville, was charged Nov. 2 with driving while intoxicated first offense and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content level of at least .08 of 1% first offense.

• Helen M. Ramirez-Apuzzo, 21, of Congers, was charged Nov. 3 with second-degree promoting prison contraband.

• Joseph W. Solosky, 48, of Cato, was charged Nov. 3 with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, second-degree menacing, fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree obstructing governmental administration.

• Raquaisha M. Moore, 37, of Schenectady, was charged Nov. 3 with two counts of promoting prison contraband.

• Hector A. Carpio Duven, 46, of Miami Lakes, Florida, was charged Nov. 3 with driving while intoxicated first offense and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content level of at least .08 of 1% first offense.

• Christina Ramos, 45, of Syracuse, was charged Nov. 4 with petit larceny.
