Auburn Police Department

• Tina Goodluck, 48, of Auburn, was charged Nov. 7 with second-degree criminal contempt.

• Thomas A. Kelly, 42, of Auburn, was charged Nov. 7 with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Cayuga County Sheriff's Office

• Kevin M. Vannorstrand, 38, of Conquest, was charged Nov. 7 with possessing a sexual performance by a child.

New York State Police

• Norman D. DeWitt, 28, of Cortland, was charged with criminal mischief.

• Kaleb W. Collier, 19, of Union Springs, was charged Nov. 6 with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon.

• Constantine S. Sarafoglu, 59, of Auburn, was charged Nov. 7 with driving while intoxicated first offense.

• Bart Gauger, 39, of Hannibal, was charged Nov. 7 with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, third-degree criminal possession of stolen property, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, two counts of fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and two counts of fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.

• Jeffery P. Shields, 31, of Auburn, was charged Nov. 8 with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operation of a motor vehicle while registration or privilege is suspended or revoked.
