Charlotte Deitrick of North Meade Street in Wilkes-Barre died Monday at her
home. Born Nov. 22, 1912, in Wilkes-Barre, she was a daughter of the late
William and Sarah Hall. She attended city schools. She was employed as a
presser at Hessler’s Laundry, Wilkes-Barre, and at Wilkes-Barre Mercy Hospital
for many years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold; a daughter,
Carolyn Deitrick; and a granddaughter, Elizabeth Ann Lemitch. Surviving are
sons, Noel, at home; and Dale, Wilkes-Barre; daughters, Elaine Lemitch,
Wilkes-Barre; and Elizabeth Ann Benjamin, Hanover Township; and 11
grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; and 2 great great grandchildren. A
private funeral service will be conducted at the convenience of the family.
There will be no calling hours. Interment will be at Maple Hill Cemetery in
Hanover Township. Arrangement are by the Jendrzejewski Funeral Home, 21 N.
Meade St., Wilkes-Barre.
