Charlotte man accused of secret peeping in mall’s women’s restroom: PD
CONCORD, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) – A Charlotte man accused of secretly peeping in a women's bathroom stall at a mall is now under arrest, Concord Police confirmed with Queen City News on Thursday.
Officers responded to calls regarding the incident around 1:26 p.m. on Wednesday at Concord Mills Mall involving 29-year-old Charlotte resident Joshua Stinson. An initial investigation stated that he was caught secretly peeping into an occupied stall in the women's restroom. The victim was able to take a video of Stinson during the offense, which police said they viewed.
Stinson had already been permanently banned from the mall due to a previous incident, Concord PD said.
Stinson is charged with second-degree secret peeping and secretly peeping into an occupied room.
He is being held without bond at the Cabarrus County Jail.
