City of Lawton release Thanksgiving schedule

LAWTON, Okla. (KSWO) - For the fall season the City of Lawton has just released their schedules for the Thanksgiving holiday. All of the City of Lawton offices will be closed on Nov. 28, and on Nov. 29. The public libraries will be closed a 5 p.m. on Nov. 27 and will reopen on Nov. 30. The city's solid waste division will be out of service on Nov. 28.Residents who live in Area 3 will have their garbage collected from them on Nov. 27. Residents who live in Area 4 will have their garbage collected from them on Nov. 29. Regular business hours should return to normal by Dec. 2 for the city of Lawton facilities and offices. Emergency services will remain open and operational for the public.
