A house in Brush Prairie that sold for $3 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Clark County in the past week.

In total, 154 residential real estate sales were recorded in the county during the past week, with an average price of $589,902. The average price per square foot ended up at $319.

The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Oct. 7 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

The sale of the single-family residence at 26018 N.E. Gillette Road, Yacolt, has been finalized. The price was $934,314, and the house changed hands in October. The house was built in 1995 and has a living area of 1,360 square feet. The price per square foot was $687. The deal was finalized on Oct. 3.
