Climate scare wins this week's You Toon caption contest

Cathy Kliebenstein of Mazomanie is this week's You Toon winner. Congratulations, Cathy!

Her caption about a scarecrow in a Hawaiian shirt beat out more than 60 entries. Kliebenstein wins publication of today's finished cartoon and will receive a signed print by artist Phil Hands.
