COLTS NECK, NJ — The polls have closed and unofficial results are rolling in for the 2024 General Election.

In Colts Neck, the Board of Education has been one race catching people's attention. There are three, three-year seats up for grabs on the board with seven candidates competing, plus an open one-year seat with two candidates competing.

Of the nine total candidates, two incumbents are running for re-election — Brenna Dillon and Amy Dimes.

In addition to the Board of Education race, there are also two open seats on the Colts Neck Township Committee. Frank Rizzuto, the current mayor, is running for re-election alongside Daniel J. Buzzetta.
