Council meeting cancelled at Senior Center

There are a few seats available for a day trip to the Rainbow Dinner Theatre on Thursday, October 18. Cost of the trip is $68 which includes a Buffet Style Dinner, Comedy Show entitled “Tons of Money” and round-trip motorcoach transportation. Full payment is required to confirm your reservations.
Reservations are now open for a day trip to Mighty M Gaming on Thursday, November 8. Cost of the trip is $20 which includes roundtrip motorcoach transportation and a buffet luncheon.
The council meeting for Tuesday, September 11 is cancelled. Council members will be notified when the meeting will be re-scheduled.
September birthdays will be celebrated on Friday, September 14. All members with birthdays in September will be honored on that day.
If you are 60 years or older you are welcomed to come aboard and become a member. A hot nutritious dinner is served daily, Monday through Friday at noon. Asking donations is $1. Dinner reservations must be made at least one day in advance by calling the center at 655-5561. In addition to dinner we offer lots of activities, socialization, trips, health screenings, educational speakers and lots more. Come in and join today. Lunch Menu
Monday – hot dog, onions, mustard, ketchup, baked beans, vegetable medley, whole wheat hotdog roll, seasonal fresh fruit, margarine, milk and coffee.
Tuesday – open face hot turkey sandwich, gravy, whipped potatoes, green beans, cranberry sauce, whole wheat bread, ice cream, margarine, milk and coffee.
Wednesday – stuffed shells with meat sauce, parmesan, garden salad with Italian dressing, whole wheat Italian bread, chilled pears, margarine, milk and coffee.
Thursday – chicken tenders with honey mustard sauce, baked potato, sour cream, carrots, multigrain dinner roll, angel food cake with fruit topping, margarine, milk and coffee.
Friday – seafood salad, marinated tomato salad, vegetable soup, whole wheat pita pocket, Italian ice, margarine, milk and coffee.
