The criminal complaint filed by the Harrisburg Bureau of Police states that Tymarion claimed he thought his dad was an intruder who entered the home through a bedroom window on the third floor.

Tymarion was in his bedroom, which was on the second floor, when he claimed to hear someone coming down the stairs, the complaint shows. He allegedly got a firearm and yelled out to the person coming down the stairs.

As Thomas got closer, Tymarion stated to police he turned his head and fired one shot at "whoever was coming down the stairs," the complaint states. He claimed that he did not know it was his father who he had shot.

According to police, after the shooting Tymarion took off running without a shirt on and a phone in his hand.
