As expected, Justin Jefferson is the show-stopper this NFL season. His team currently trails a perfect 2-0 and it wouldn't be far-fetched to say that he has a big contribution in this record. During the week 2 Minnesota Vikings game, the wide receiver scored a 97-yard touchdown and impressed a fellow NFL superstar.

While his own team's luck ran out, Micah Parsons felt happy seeing Jefferson in his full form. He sat down to analyze the recent NFL news and couldn't help but praise Justin Jefferson for his incredible play during the game against Super Bowl 58 competitors.

Sure, the Minnesota Vikings are on a roll this season, but the are not the kind of team that you can easily defeat. Jefferson penetrated the defense of his opponent's team like it was nothing and scored a perfect touchdown. This put him on the radar for Micah Parsons, who went on to discuss the WR further.

On his show, The Edge, the linebacker claimed, "He's one of the most electrifying players." the Cowboys defensive player also added later on, "Sometimes a great ball and a better player can beat any great defense."

Jefferson confessed humbly to the media that he was not Garrett Wilson. In this response, Parsons believes that he doesn't need to be. He already sees JJ as one of the best in the league and respects him for it.

The coming Sunday, Vikings will go off against Houston Texans . Will Jefferson be there to steal the show again?

Justin Jefferson injury update During the last game against 49ers, Justin Jefferson got tackled badly and suffered a thigh injury. Although he didn't take it seriously even back then, the team put him on close monitoring but allowed him to train. Adam Schefter had earlier reported that the team's star receiver was on track, making good progress . This was enough to send a fan on cloud nine. However, the updates from the Vikings themselves seem a bit questionable at the moment. While they don't deny his appearance, Jefferson isn't confirmed to be back, either.

official injury report vs the Texans show the progress that various injured roster stars have made. Jefferson's thigh contusion allowed him to do partial training on Wednesday and Thursday. On Friday, however, the 25-year-old did complete training. To contradict this, the Minnesota team didn't specify whether he will appear on the field on Sunday or not. It is important to note that they didn't officially clear even the ones who had been under full training on all three days of the week. So, Justin Jefferson might just be back before we know it.

Houston is also pretty ruthless this season. Could Justin's presence affect the score in Minnesota's favor?
