Williamsport, Pa. — The Factory Works Photo Lab invites Pajama Factory Holiday Market guests to travel back to the times of the Civil War and the Wild West to create a traditional tintype portrait. These one-of-a-kind keepsakes printed on metal sheets will last a lifetime and then some.

Sessions will be held Dec. 7 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Each tintype portrait session will take 30 minutes to complete, and the cost is $50 per portrait.

Sessions will start every half hour from 11 a.m., with the final session at 3:30 p.m.

Embrace the spirit of the past — feel free to wear period costumes for your portrait to express your unique personality!

Please note: Creating the portrait requires repeated flashes of strobe lights upwards of 10. People who have photosensitivity or a history of seizures are advised not to participate in the activity.

Additionally, portrait subjects will need to remain still, in place, for the duration of the exposure, as long as 15 seconds. Children are allowed to be photographed, but please be aware that any movement will cause the subject to be out of focus.

No reshoots or refunds will be given if a portrait subject fails to hold still. If a photo is flawed due to an issue within the photographer's control, refunds will be issues, but otherwise all sales are final.

Please plan on arriving at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Spots cannot be held.
