Crews responding to reported helicopter crash in Greene Co.

GREENE COUNTY, Tenn. (WJHL) — Emergency officials are heading to a reported helicopter crash in Greene County.

According to Greeneville/Greene County Emergency Management Director Heather Sipe, crews are responding to the 2600 block of Old Ducktown Rd.

As of noon, crews had not arrived and few details were available.

Due to the location's proximity to Washington County, Sipe said crews from the Washington County EMA are also responding.

News Channel 11 has a crew on the way to the scene.
