Crime Stoppers of El Paso asking the public for information after a social media post- that appears to show a man photographing up an unsuspecting woman's skirt inside a retail store- went viral.

After a video was posted on the Instagram account, that appears to show a man pretending to drop his cell phone under a woman's skirt to possibly record her without her consent inside a T.J. Maxx in northwest El Paso on Wednesday, Crime Stoppers of El Paso is asking people to identify the man, saying

let's get this guy off the streets!

The incident appears to have happened Wednesday (based on the post's photo of an El Paso Police Department "Incident Information Card"), but the video was posted Thursday quickly garnering a lot of attention.

According to the subtitles at the bottom of the video, the recording was made by a woman who claims to have been a victim, stating that she started recording the man after she suspected he had taken photos of her without her consent and eventually followed him appearing to have captured him on video trying to do the same to another woman.
