CVS Opens Braintree Location The new Grove Street CVS location opened on Sunday. Here's what to know.

BRAINTREE, MA — Residents won't have to travel far when looking for the new CVS location in Braintree, which opened over the weekend.

The new store – located at 357 Grove Street – is 13,000 square feet and includes a drive-thru, expanded pharmacy and private vaccination area, improved in-store delivery pickup area, and updated layout, décor and fixtures, officials said.

It replaces an older store that was located across the street, and now includes a MinuteClinic, the retail medical clinic inside select CVS Pharmacy locations.

"We're excited to welcome customers and patients to our Grove Street store," said Jennifer Kinder, Store Manager, CVS Pharmacy. "Our new location will offer the community convenient access to household essentials and everyday convenience items. Whether exploring our broad assortment of health and wellness products or picking up a snack or two, we're confident that shoppers will find what they're looking for."

The new store will be open Sunday to Saturday, 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. and the pharmacy will be open Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Saturday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Sunday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The MinuteClinic is expected to open in this location later this fall.
