Dallas ISD teacher sues the school district, saying they bullied her

A Dallas ISD teacher has filed a lawsuit against the school district, alleging that her school bullied her.

Anali Vidanya said Dallas ISD moved her from teaching kindergarten at one elementary school to teaching second grade at another.

LPAC, also known as the Language Proficiency Assessment Committee, helps put children in classes that best meet their needs. Vidanya stated she found out some kids were listed as being in dual language but were actually in regular classrooms.

Community advocate Hilda Duarte said the district retaliated by moving her, cutting a $4,000 stipend for teaching bilingual classes, and ignoring her son's status as special education.

Dallas ISD said it's just finding out about the lawsuit and cannot talk about pending litigation.
