Date and time announced for Browns Week 15 game vs. Bears

LOS ANGELES - The Browns and Bears will play their Week 15 game on Sunday, December 17 at 1 p.m. at Cleveland Browns Stadium, the league announced on Thursday. The game was originally listed as to be determined.

The announcement came as the NFL officially set the schedule for their first week of games with a Saturday slate and included the first ever Monday night flex, moving the previously scheduled Chiefs at Patriots game to Sunday at 1 p.m. on FOX and replacing it with Eagles at Seahawks.

The three Saturday games could all three carry intrigue for Browns fans. Minnesota will play at Cincinnati at 1 p.m., Pittsburgh travels to Indianapolis at 4:30 p.m. and Denver plays in Detroit at 8:15 p.m. All three games will be on NFL Network.

The Bengals are trying to work back into the Wild Card mix along with Denver while Pittsburgh is fighting to win the AFC North and also in the Wild Card chase with the Browns.

Chicago last visited Cleveland for a regular season game in 2021, a 26-6 Browns victory. Myles Garrett set a team record by sacking Justin Fields 4.5 times.
