Days of Caring | 5th Anniversary of Alex's Chili Cook-Off announces culinary scholarship

The 5th Anniversary Alex's Chili Cook-Off for a cause is happening Sunday September 22nd at the Greystone Brew House in York County.

This year, the cook-off proceeds are going towards a brand new scholarship for culinary students at HACC.

Alex Smith graduated with a culinary degree from HACC, and was an apprentice chef at Greystone until his tragic passing in 2018.

The scholarship and the cook-off is hosted each year in his honor.

The cookoff will feature raffles, crafts, prizes, and activities for the whole family.

Tickets are $25 for adults, and $10 for kids ages 6-12. A family pack of tickets is also available for $55.
