"1994 HAPPY BIRTHDAY POPS! #BIG," King wrote alongside the videos.
King is the eldest of Diddy and his late ex Kim Porter's biological children. The pair, who dated on and off from 1994 to 2007, also share twin daughters D'Lila and Jessie, 17. (Diddy is also the adoptive father of Porter and Al B. Sure!'s son, Quincy, 33.)
Diddy also shares his son Justin, 30, with Misa Hylton, daughter Chance, 18, with Sarah Chapman and daughter Love, 22 months, with Dana Tran.
Diddy was arrested and charged with sex trafficking and racketeering on September 16 and has remained behind bars since. His legal troubles began in November 2023 when his ex-girlfriend Carrie accused him of sexual assault and rape in a bombshell lawsuit . He denied her claims and the case was settled out of court one day after it was filed.
In the wake of the case, several individuals came forward with sexual assault lawsuits of their own against the rapper, eventually leading Homeland Security to raid Diddy's homes in Miami and Los Angeles in connection to a sex trafficking investigation. King and Justice were reportedly detained during the L.A. raids and were released without charges.
Diddy's 14-page indictment was unsealed one day after his September 16 arrest in New York City. The docs accuse the music mogul of hosting parties known as "Freak Offs," where Diddy allegedly coerced female victims to participate in "elaborate and produced sex performances" with male sex workers, which he is said to have recorded. Diddy allegedly "distributed a variety of controlled substances to victims" as a control tactic.
The indictment also claims Homeland Security detained several "'Freak Off' supplies" during their home raids, seizing items such as narcotics, baby oil, lube and multiple firearms.
Diddy and his lawyers have vehemently denied the multiple accusations against him and the rapper pleaded not guilty to his sex trafficking and racketeering charges. He has been denied bail and has been ordered to remain in prison until his trial begins in May 2025 .
In a video shared via Diddy's Instagram on Monday, November 4, King and his siblings celebrated their dad by singing him "Happy Birthday" over the phone. After finishing the song, Love blew out the candles of Diddy's birthday cake.
"I love you all, I love you all so much," Diddy can be heard telling his kids over speakerphone. "I can't wait to see y'all. I can't wait to see y'all. I just want to say I'm proud of y'all, especially the girls — I mean, all of y'all. For being strong. And thank you all for being by my side."
