James E. Vaughan, 60, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault, 9:16 a.m.
Erick Torres, 26, of Hartford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree assault, 9:30 a.m.
Peggy Inesti, 41, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 12:25 p.m.
Elizabeth Aviles, 47, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, 1:49 p.m.
Brenda D. Navarro, 49, of Enfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, 2:00 p.m.
Jonathan A. Roy, 29, of Haverhill, Mass., was charged with third-degree larceny, second-degree forgery and first-degree failure to appear, 4:35 p.m.
