Fox Sports reporter Erin Andrews watched how the Denver Broncos hardly broke a sweat in defeating the New Orleans Saints, 33-10, at Caesars Superdome on Thursday.

Fast-rising rookie quarterback Bo Nix and the rest of the Broncos ensured that coach Sean Payton would triumph in his return to New Orleans, where he called the shots from 2006 to 2021.

Nix, the No. 12 overall pick, passed for 164 yards and rushed for 75 more, while running back Javonte Williams had two touchdowns, as they helped the Broncos to improve to 4-3.

The injury-riddled Saints, meanwhile, dropped to 2-5. They missed the services of quarterback Derek Carr and wide receivers Chris Olave and Rashid Shaheed, among others.

Despite the blowout, there was much to talk about. Fox Sports' "Thursday Night Football" covered the game with a star-studded panel, including Richard Sherman, Ryan Fitzpatrick, Tony Gonzalez and Andrew Whitworth. It was hosted by Andrews' good friend and podcast partner Charissa Thompson.

They were also joined by Peyton and Nix after the win. As Thompson pointed out, Payton admitted that he had never been to a postgame set prior to that evening.

"We're very honored to have you here," said Thompson.

Supporting her close colleague while watching at home, the 46-year-old Andrews posted a video of the exchange between Thompson and Peyton on her Instagram Story.

"My gal!" wrote Andrews. "Such a cool moment."

Andrews and Thompson haven't been shy about publicly expressing their admiration and praise for each other. It's no secret that the two seasoned reporters love working together.

Their podcast, "Calm Down With Erin and Charissa" continues to grow, with close to 49,000 subscribers, as of writing.
