R & R + H: Image/Word, works by fiber artist Rose M. Wright along with illustrations by Hannah Rawe from the book “The Cat, the Sun and the Mirror” by Robert Anderson. Opens tonight with a reception 5 to 7 showcasing a reading from the book accompanied by music on the guzheng (a Chinese harp) and the theremin, an instrument played without touching it. D-Day 1944: Accept Nothing Less Than Full Victory, an exhibit on the planning, execution and aftermath of the Allied invasion of Normandy in June 1944 with historic photographs and artifacts to commemorate the 70th anniversary of D-Day.
