After the excitement of landing the job this summer, the real work started immediately.

The school is transitioning back into the MSCS district after more than a decade. This includes a new library and major improvements to the building.

"This is the exact same building," Dr. Hunter said. "It's just amazing sometimes walking around it and everywhere I find myself in different places in the building. I have memories of when I was in high school, I used to stand over here and do this, and I did this over here,"

Hunter walked us through all of the new options like ROTC, band, and cosmetology.
