Falcons - Broncos Week 11 open thread

The Atlanta Falcons have big dreams this year. They're in the driver's seat for an NFC South title, but the banged-up Tampa Bay Buccaneers have an easy remaining schedule and will almost certainly make a late charge. The more wins the Falcons get over the incoming stretch of tough games—and the healthier they get during their Week 12 bye—the better. It will help them stay perched atop the division, where they want to be and we want them to be.

This game will not be easy. Denver is better than I would have expected them to be, and as they're a team with a tough defense that will be a challenge for this Falcons offense, the fact that a solid ground game and occasionally frisky passing attack awaits Atlanta's defense means this is a real challenge. The Falcons can win this—I'd stop just short of should—and a quality effort can overcome the Broncos' real strengths. We just need to see whether we get a fairly disciplined, strong game from this team or not.
