Fans left stunned by Ranger Stacey's ageless beauty as iconic Totally Wild host, 60, gives rare interview

Iconic Totally Wild! host Ranger Stacey has given a rare interview after turning 60.

The TV personality, whose real name is Stacey Thomson, recently told Woman's Day she is embracing ageing.

'I'm very content,' said the park ranger and frequent guest of Agro's Cartoon Connection.

'A lot of people don't like turning 30, 40 wasn't too bad, 50 was getting serious, 60, I'm just embracing it now.'

The beloved children's entertainer, who appeared on Channel Ten 's kids wildlife show Totally Wild for over two decades, says she still gets stopped in the street by fans.

'People who grew up watching Agro's Cartoon Connection and Totally Wild stop me on a daily basis to say they rushed home from school to watch me and I inspired them to love animals,' Stacey said.

Earlier this year, the wildlife lover took to Instagram to celebrate her sixtieth birthday - and fans were left gobsmacked by how youthful she remains to this day.

In the August post, Stacey is seen smiling as she holds up a glass of wine a restaurant by the river in her native Brisbane .

She also shared images of her birthday cake, and a cheeky picture with a drag queen.

'This is 60! Birthday celebrations were both wonderful and wild!' she wrote in the caption at the time.

And fans took to the comments on the post to express how youthful the TV star looked.

'Happy birthday Racy Stacey! Sorry but not other adjective rhymes with Stacey...you hit 40 then stopped ageing though. Not just the magic of television!' wrote one fan.

'Happy 60th Stacey (no way!). You stay forever 21, in khaki, and doing segments with Agro in my heart! Have a fabulous day celebrating,' someone else replied.

'Happy 60th Stace. Rockin it into your 60s,' a third remarked.

'Happiest of birthdays to a really inspiring woman,' another fan gushed.
