Firefighter injured as crews battle house fire in Prince George’s County

PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, Md. ( DC News Now ) — Prince George's County Fire and EMS (PGFD) said a firefighter was injured as crews battled a house fire in Piscataway on Thursday afternoon.

Crews said that at about 2:55 p.m., they were sent to a working fire in the 14000 block of Livingston Rd.

Montgomery County voters pass new term limit for County Executive

When first responders arrived at the scene, they saw fire coming from the roof of a two-story single-family home.

PGFD said the firefighter was transported to the hospital with minor injuries.
