First Watch has a ‘sweet’ gesture for World Kindness Day
(WSPA) – First Watch is spreading joy this year for World Kindness Day by giving away cinnamon rolls as a random act of kindness in their communities.
The restaurant announced that on Wednesday, November 13, at each participating location, the first 50 dine-in guests will receive a free Stay Golden Cinnamon Roll packaged to-go when they use the word "kindness."
The cinnamon roll is a seasonal item on the holiday menu for a limited time according to the restaurant. It is freshly baked, glazed with lemon cream cheese icing and topped with gold sprinkles.
Representatives said the pastry was inspired by "The Golden Rule," which is to treat others as you would want to be treated.
There are two First Watch locations in Greenville County.
One is in Greenville at 1125 Woodruff Road and the other is in Simpsonville at 375 Harrison Bridge Road. A third location in Taylors at 2801 Wade Hampton Boulevard is expected to be open for business soon according to the website .
