Frank J. Donnelly, of Bunker Hill Road, Kingston Township, died Sunday at
his home. Born in Plymouth, he was the son of the late Joseph and Mary
Donnelly. He was a member of Holy Name/St. Mary’s Church, Swoyersville. Prior
to retiring, he owned and operated Donnelly’s Market in the Mayflower section
of Wilkes-Barre. He was preceded in death by children, Charlotte and Frank Jr.
Surviving are his wife, the former Katherine Burneski; daughter, Celestine
Mullen, and son, Alfred, both of Kingston Township; grandchildren, Loretta
Kijek and Jeffrey Mullen; and a great-granddaughter, Alexandra Kijek. Funeral
services will be at 9 a.m. Tuesday from the Lehman-Gregory Funeral Home Inc.,

Holy Name/St. Mary’s Church, Swoyersville. Interment will be in Mount Olivet
Cemetery, Carverton, Kingston Township. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m.
today. A wake service will be conducted Tuesday morning before the funeral
service.
