Frontera Beer Garden celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month with ‘Festival Fronteriza’

LAREDO, Tex. (KGNS) - October is Hispanic Heritage Month, and Frontera Beer and Wine Garden is hosting a special event to celebrate!

Sandra Rocha-Taylor, along with Gabriela Mendoza with Ballet Folklorico, helped share details for the event on Saturday, Oct. 19. The Festival Fronteriza, featuring a Chicano Historias concert by the Ballet Folklorico at 8 p.m., along with a poetry reading by Rosa Maria De Llano, the first Laredo Poet Laureate. Those are only a few of the offerings the public can look forward to.

Enjoy a night filled with music, food, and cultural celebration from 6 p.m. to midnight at 3301 San Bernardo Ave. Don't miss out on this festive occasion honoring the rich Hispanic heritage!
