FURRY FRIDAY: Meet Lex the puppy
BISMARCK, N.D. ( KXNET ) — Tracy Kershaw, along with her new little furry friend, Lex, stopped by to tell everyone about one of the biggest events happening at Furry Friends Rockin' Rescue.
It's that time of the year when the shelter puts on their annual raffle. It's one of the Rescue's biggest fundraisers, not to mention community outreach events. Tickets are ten dollars, and can be found in any number of ways, such as going to the Rescue in person, heading out to select local businesses, or even finding one of their volunteers who will have some on-hand to sell.
Speaking of volunteers, Ms. Kershaw gave a special shoutout to: Jessica Hegel. Ms. Kershaw had nothing but kind things to say about Ms. Hegel and all of the hard work she puts in to make the shelter run as smoothly as possible.
