Gemma Atkinson was glowing as she arrived in Blackpool to support her Strictly pro fiancé Gorka Marquez ahead of the annual special live show on Saturday night.

The radio presenter and former actress, 40, was in high spirits as she was joined by their five-year-old daughter Mia and one-year-old son Thiago, who she was pushing in a pram.

Gemma, who celebrated her birthday on Thursday, cut a casual figure in blue jeans and a black T-shirt, layered with a dark grey trench coat.

She pulled her long blonde tresses back into a ponytail and opted for minimal makeup for the outing, showcasing her natural beauty.

She was joined in the seaside town by professional dancer Katya Jones , who cut a dejected figure amid news she and her celebrity partner Wynne Evans are tipped to leave the competition this week.

The dancer, 35, looked glum as she strolled around Blackpool in a black and grey checkered shirt teamed with sports leggings and chunky boots.

She completed her look with an oversized black and white puffer jacket as she toted around a plastic bag.

According to bookies, Wynne and Katya are favourites to be booted out of the competition on Saturday, with odds of 4/6.

Ladbrokes suggest that Wynne will face former TOWIE star Pete Wicks in the dance-off amid his odds of 3/1, with the Welsh singer likely to be the one voted off.

Gorka later joined his fiancée and children as he was spotted enjoying a hot drink from Starbucks on his way to Blackpool tower for rehearsals.

He and Gemma, who have been engaged since 2021, first met in 2017 when she was partnered with his co-star pal Aljaž Škorjanec.

Gorka was fifth to be eliminated from the competition this year with his celebrity dance partner Dr. Punam Krishan.

Hits Radio presenter Gemma celebrated turning 40 on Thursday with a special show including well wishes from her mum, husband Gorka and daughter Mia, as well as fellow Strictly chums Janette Manrara and Aljaz.

Joining them in Blackpool ahead of the iconic show on Saturday was Aljaz's current celeb partner Tasha Ghouri.

The former Love Islander, 26, put on an animated display as she greeted fans who were eagerly awaiting the arrival of the cast.

She looked effortlessly stylish in baggy blue jeans and platform Ugg boots, paired with a tan trench coat and cosy scarf.

Meanwhile, JB Gill cut a confident figure as he arrived in Blackpool, after scoring joint top of the leaderboard last week with his pro partner Lauren Oakley.

The JLS star, 37, made sure to stop for selfies with fans, as he tried on a pair of heart-shaped sunglasses.

He was joined by Chris McCausland, who also took the time to greet those waiting outside the iconic Ballroom.

Sarah Hadland opted for a casual outfit as she arrived for rehearsals sporting a tan tracksuit and bright blue coat.

Johannas Radebe opted for an equally cosy look as he wrapped up and grabbed a hot drink upon arrival to filming.

Elsewhere, Shayne Ward's pro partner Nancy Xu refused to let last week's elimination get her down as she put on an animated display outside the Tower Ballroom.

The star looked chic in a long black dress and grey trench coat, complete with a white beanie to keep warm.

Nikita Kuzmin added a pop of colour to his casual ensemble with a neon pink beanie as he struck a playful pose.

Karen Huer looked stunning in a monochrome all-green ensemble as she joined the rest of the cast in Blackpool.

It comes just after the dances for the show have been revealed as the eight remaining couples must do all they can to impress.

For Blackpool week, Montell Douglas and Johannes Radebe will bring the heat with a Salsa to Don't Leave Me This Way by Thelma Houston, while Sarah Hadland and Vito Coppola will deliver a Couples' Choice routine to Padam Padam by Kylie Minogue.

Tasha Ghouri and Aljaž Skorjanec will bring the drama in a Paso Doble to Torn by Nathan Lanier, and Chris McCausland and Dianne Buswell will take on the American Smooth to Jump by Paul Anka.

Jamie Borthwick and Michelle Tsiakkas will energise the ballroom with a Jive to The Ketchup Song (Aserejé) by Las Ketchup.

JB Gill and Lauren Oakley will perform a Quickstep to Never Gonna Give You Up by Rick Astley.

Pete Wicks and Jowita Przystał will add some cheekiness with a Cha Cha to I'm Too Sexy by Right Said Fred, and Wynne Evans and Katya Jones will perform a spirited Charleston to Carmen Suite No. 1: 5. Les Toréadors by Georges Bizet.

Meanwhile the guest performance act for the Blackpool special are none other than the legendary Pet Shop Boys.

On Saturday night, they will open the show with a medley of some of their greatest hits, with the Strictly professional dancers joining them for an opening number.

Then, on Sunday night's Results Show, they will perform their brand-new single All The Young Dudes.

The highly anticipated professional dancers' performance at Blackpool's prestigious Tower Ballroom will feature an Argentine Tango set in a glamorous 1940s hotel.

Choreographed by Matt Flint, Leandro Palou, and Maria Tsiatsiani, the routine will showcase the show's talented professional dancers alongside supporting extra dancers.

Set to the sultry sounds of Tango Jalousie, the performance promises to immerse the audience in a world of vintage glamour and intense passion.

Watch the Strictly Blackpool Special on BBC1 Saturday night.
