CLEVELAND, Ohio — The Guardians are making minor changes to their on-field uniforms for the 2025 season, including a new red hat that will be worn with their white jerseys for home games at Progressive Field.

The club has worn the same four basic uniform combinations for the last three seasons since changing its name from "Indians" to "Guardians" after the 2021 campaign. In May, an alternate Nike City Connect uniform was introduced , featuring a blue jersey and off-white pants to be worn for select home games.

Changes in 2025 include updates to the font of the "Guardians" across the chest on the home white and home alternate red jerseys as well as a new red hat that includes a blue bill and blue "Diamond C" to be worn with the home whites.

Road gray uniform remain basically unchanged besides the addition of red and blue piping on the collar and sleeves.

The biggest difference will be seen in the road navy tops, which now feature the "Diamond C" logo on the left side of the chest, replacing "Cleveland" across the front.

According to the club, the new look road blues give "a nod to the franchise's jerseys that also had a 'C' on the chest from 1901-1945, including the 1920 World Series team jersey, while elevating the Guardians primary logo."

The road blues will also include red and white piping on the collar and sleeve. Players will wear a blue cap with red "Diamond C" logo and red bill for all road games.
