Gwen Walz to campaign in Lansing

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — Gwen Walz, the wife of Democratic vice presidential candidate Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, will be in Lansing Tuesday according to the Harris campaign.

Her visit is part of the "Fighting for Reproductive Freedom" bus tour according to the campaign.

Exact details of where Walz will campaign have not been made public at this time, but she will be accompanied by "sexual assault survivor and reproductive rights advocate Hadley Duvall, Attorney General Dana Nessel and Michigan Democratic Party Chair Lavora Barnes."

Also this week Republican candidates Donald Trump and JD Vance will be campaigning in Michigan.

Former President Trump will be in Walker on Friday around noon and then that night will be in Warren at Macomb Community College to host a town hall to discuss the auto industry, the campaign said.

Vice Presidential candidate JD Vance is scheduled to campaign in Traverse City Wednesday.
