Joey Borrello threw two touchdown passes as Hanover Park defeated Glen Ridge, 21-12, at Hurrell Field in Glen Ridge. Borrello opened the scoring with a 22-yard TD pass to Darien Iannacone in the first quarter for Hanover Park (3-0). Up 7-6 at the half, it was the third quarter that saw Hanover Park pull away as Borrello threw a 40-yard TD pass to Joey Tantawi and Azmire Parks added a 2-yard TD run. For Glen Ridge (1-2), Brad Foster threw a 10-yard TD pass to Zach Konetzni in the second quarter and ran for a score in the fourth.
