Here's The Thanksgiving Week MN Weather Forecast People celebrating Thanksgiving in Minnesota can expect cooler weather to arrive this week.

MINNEAPOLIS — Thanksgiving week will feature much cooler weather than what we have been enjoying for most of November.

"Chance for some rain showers today and cooler," the National Weather Service said. "Clouds clear tomorrow, but temperatures remain cool. Warmer temperatures return on Wednesday before the cold comes back on Thanksgiving."

The low on Thanksgiving Day will only be 19 degrees.

Here's the specific NWS forecast from the Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport:

Monday: A 20 percent chance of rain before 2pm. Cloudy, with a high near 46. East southeast wind 5 to 10 mph.

Monday Night: A slight chance of rain between 4am and 5am. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 36. East wind around 5 mph becoming calm. Chance of precipitation is 20%.

Tuesday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 41. North northwest wind 5 to 10 mph increasing to 10 to 15 mph in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 30 mph.

Tuesday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 27. Northwest wind 5 to 15 mph becoming south southwest after midnight.

Wednesday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 50. South southwest wind 5 to 10 mph increasing to 10 to 15 mph in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 25 mph.

Wednesday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 26. West wind 10 to 15 mph becoming north northwest in the evening.

Thanksgiving Day: Mostly sunny, with a high near 33. North northwest wind 10 to 15 mph.

Thursday Night: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 19. North northwest wind around 10 mph.
