Hilda Wilson
Hilda Ann Wilson, age 84, of Bismarck, passed from this life on Thursday, October 3, 2024, at her home. She was born September 25, 1940, in Bismarck, the daughter of the late Noah Ray and Lena Lucille Kindred Herrin.
Hilda was a 1959 graduate of Bismarck High School and attended Henderson State University. She retired as an agent from State Farm Insurance in 2006. Hilda enjoyed hunting, camping and flower gardening in her free time.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and one sister-in-law, Carolyn Herrin.
Hilda is survived by her husband, James Wilburn Wilson of Bismarck, two daughters, Kimberly Eads (Dale) of Bismarck and Kristi Buckholz (Jerry) of Bismarck, one brother, Ricky Herrin of Bismarck, six grandchildren, Kevin Eads (Heather), Tyler Eads, Chase Buckholz (Kristen), Allie Buckholz Cowling (Jarod), Garrett Buckholz and Misty Canterbury, six great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, October 7, 2024, at Oak Bower Church of Christ in Bismarck.
A special thanks to The Gentiva Hospice Team, Gaye Buttrey, Darlene, Tristin and Dakota for their wonderful care given to Hilda in her final days.
