HOUSTON — One person shot by an officer on Houston's South Side overnight.
According to a post on X by Houston police , it happened in a neighborhood on Corskie Street, which is east of Highway 288 and north of the Sam Houston Parkway.
At this point, all we know is what HPD said is preliminary information. They said an officer fired a weapon and a person they called a suspect in their post was hit. We don't know what led up to the shooting or the condition of the person who was hit.
