ISU Wind Symphony to perform Sunday concert
NORMAL — Illinois State University's Wonsook Kim College of Fine Arts and School of Music will present a wind symphony concert at 3 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 17.
The concert will take place in the Center for the Performing Arts Concert Hall.
The ISU Wind Symphony will be joined by vocalist Isabella Green, jazz saxophonist Darius Botley, and two guests emcees, Grill Billyenz of Normal and Deshawn McKinney of Madison, Wisconsin. Green is an ISU sophomore vocal performance and music education major. Botley is an ISU senior jazz studies and music education major at ISU.
Will Healy will also be a guest composer, as the symphony will be performing his work "Passages (2023)," to complete the concert.
Tickets are $12 for general admission, $8 for seniors or $6 for ISU students, faculty and staff. Tickets can be purchased at the performing arts center box office, by calling 309-438-2535 or online .
